Postnummerfilen - contents and layout

Postnummerfilen contains all current postcodes in Sweden and associated
localities and municipality code. Some postcodes overlaps one or more county/municipal boundaries which means some postcodes will appear more than ones; one line for each unique combination of postcode, locality, municipality code.
